The CSVN organises on Saturday December 3 and Sunday December 4 2016 its autumn activities. For the 51st time a Programmers Tournament will be held (over both days). Next to this there will be the traditional User Tournament for chess computers on Saturday
The location for the tournaments will be "Leids Denksportcentrum", Robijnstraat 4, 2332 KE Leiden, the Netherlands, room B.

Op zaterdag 30 april en zondag 1 mei houdt de CSVN haar Voorjaarsactiviteit: op zaterdag het Gebruikerstoernooi en op zaterdag en zondag het 50e Programmeurstoernooi. Op zaterdag zal ook de Algemene Ledenvergadering worden gehouden. Locatie is wederom het Leids Denksportcentrum te Leiden.

On Saturday 30 April and Sunday 1 May the CSVN will have there Spring Activity: on the Saturday the User Tournament will be played and on the Saturday and Sunday the 50th Programmers tournament. On the Saturday also the Annual Member meeting will take place. Location will be again the Leids Denksportcentrum in Leiden.

All the rounds are played and the end ranking could be made. After some calculation it emerged that the winner of the tournament is Jonny (6 out of 7). Shredder is second, only on the tie-breaker but with equal number of points (6 out of 7). Shared third place is for GridProtector and Hiarcs (5 out of 7).

A hilarious moment came when just before the handing out of the prizes it became clear that our chairman had given away the wrong cups yesterday to the winners of the user tournament. They got the prizes for the programmer tournament. And now the programmers get the cups of the user tournament. Of course we will fix this somehow.
